Fixing P2015 (the intake-flap position fault) is usually a small lever/pin repair, not a whole manifold.
Steps:
- Locate the runner-flap motor and lever on the intake manifold (the actuator with the position sensor).
- Remove the actuator; the failed part is the plastic lever/pin linking it to the flap shaft.
- Fit the repair kit (a metal replacement lever/pin), reconnect the actuator.
- Clear the code; confirm P2015 stays away and the flaps sweep on a VCDS output test.
Gotchas: if the flaps or shaft inside the manifold are broken (not just the lever), you need the manifold; do a VCDS basic-setting if the actuator was disturbed.
